Cancellation and
Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Sip & Brew for your catering needs. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding cancellations, refunds, and inclement weather.


Refund of Deposit

We require a 30% or 35% down deposit to secure our catering services for your event. If you need to cancel your event, you are eligible for a full refund of the down deposit under the following conditions:

  • You notify us of the cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled event date.


Cancellation within 30 Days

  • If you cancel your event within 30 days of the scheduled date, the initial down deposit is non-refundable.


Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather that may impact your scheduled event, we are committed to working with you to find a suitable solution. Our approach to weather-related cancellations is as follows:

  • Rescheduling:

    • We will make every effort to reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable date.

    • If rescheduling is possible, your initial deposit will be applied to the rescheduled event.

  • Alternative Arrangements:

    • If rescheduling is not feasible, we will explore alternative arrangements to ensure your catering needs are met.

  • Standard Cancellation Policy:

    • If neither rescheduling nor alternative arrangements are possible, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

    • The initial down deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 30 days of the event date.


Notification Process

  • To initiate the cancellation process or discuss weather-related concerns, please contact us at sipbrewcontact@gmail.com as soon as possible.


Refund Process

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 10 days from the date of cancellation.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial deposit.
