Thank you for choosing Sip & Brew for your catering needs. This Self-Service Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the self-service section for our catering services.
Equipment Rental
Sip & Brew offers a variety of equipment for to facilitate self-service catering.
Equipment availability is subject to change and must be confirmed at the time of booking.
A rental fee will apply to some equipment, and this fee will be outlined in the given quotation.
Equipment Condition
Equipment must be returned to Sip & Brew in the same condition as received, with the exception of normal wear and tear.
Customers are not required to clean the equipment before returning it.
If Sip & Brew is unable to pick up the equipment, the customer is responsible for returning it to a mutually agreed-upon drop-off location.
Additional Terms
Sip & Brew reserves the right to refuse equipment usage/rental to any customer.
Sip & Brew is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the use of the equipment.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Sip & Brew harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of the equipment.
Damage Assessment and Compensation
Upon return of the equipment, Sip & Brew will conduct a thorough inspection to assess any damages.
Damages will be documented with photographs or other relevant evidence.
The cost of repairs or replacement will be determined based on estimates from reputable repair services or the cost of purchasing a replacement item.
Customers will be notified of any damages and the associated costs within 10 days of the equipment return.
Payment for damages is due within 20 days of the notification.
Changes to the Self-Service Policy
Sip & Brew reserves the right to update or modify this Self-Service Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated to clients in advance.
